Noah is a very happy young man full of smiles and giggles. He has tons of energy and loves being active. He enjoys being around family and playing with his foster sister. When Noah is outdoors he can be found watching the clouds and has been known to cat nap in the grass. Noah enjoys playing with his sensory toys, watching the family pets, and cuddling with his stuffed animals.
